The Role:

Carry out First Off, In-Process, Goods Inwards and Final Inspection to customer drawings and specifications Perform visual and dimensional inspection to micron-level accuracy using micrometers, verniers, gauges, CMMs, and visual inspection equipment Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, supporting RCCAs where required Maintain accurate inspection and quality records, contributing to continual improvement activities Manage gauge control, including ordering, calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of calibration records

Experience working as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment Confident using metrology equipment, including CMMs, micrometers, vernier callipers Job reference: BBBH
