Key Responsibilities
Supporting production requirements alongside Line Leaders and Team Leaders
Operating machinery within the packing and filling department
Ensuring all materials are quality approved before use
Maintaining clean production equipment and work areas
Adjusting machinery and processes to meet required specifications
Completing production schedules and quality control documentation
Working in line with GMP and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Experience with in a fast-paced factory or warehouse setting
A practical and logical approach to work
Good numeracy and basic computer skills
A flexible and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
The ability to recognise faults and resolve issues quickly
Willingness to work overtime during busy periods

Experience with changing lines would be advantageous
