Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor | £31,000 per annum | Shaftesbury

As a Production Supervisor in Shaftesbury, you'll be at the heart of a well‑run production operation. You'll lead by example, motivate your team and keep quality and safety at the forefront of every shift.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in high standards and consistent results.

Hours:

• Out of Season 09.00 - 17.00 (January to September)
• In Season 07.30 - 18.00 (September to December)

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and organising your team to hit daily production targets set by management
• Inspecting product quality so every job meets the highest standard
• Completing accurate job costings and daily production records
• Carrying out and recording BRC compliance checks, including hygiene, glass and hard plastic, and knife control logs
• Keeping a clean, safe and organised work area, and preparing the premises for the next day's production
• Stepping in across the warehouse wherever the operation needs you.

As a Production Supervisor
, your experience will include:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a production or warehouse environment
• A strong background in warehouse operations, including inventory management
• A track record of setting, driving and achieving performance KPIs
• Knowledge of BRC standards and compliance paperwork (preferred)
• Confident decision‑making and problem solving under pressure
• A firm commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
