Full-Time, Permanent Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care home, playing a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and supporting a high-performing nursing team. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will help maintain the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and compliance, ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred nursing care while promoting best practice throughout the home.

The Role As Clinical Lead, you will:
Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for all residents. Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to achieve excellence. Make sound clinical decisions and respond effectively in challenging situations. Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Promote a positive, supportive, and professional working environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Relevant post-registration nursing experience. Previous leadership or management experience, or experience leading a small team. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. A thorough understanding of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC regulations, audits, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting the development of others. What's on Offer?
