Telesales Advisor

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Telesales Advisor on behalf of our valued client. This Telesales Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Telesales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

• Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact

• Identifying customer needs and promoting suitable products and services

• Managing customer enquiries and providing accurate information

• Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation within the CRM database

• Following up quotations and converting leads into sales opportunities

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times

• Experience with in a telesales, sales, customer service or business support role desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/Database systems

• Resilient, target-driven and motivated by success

• Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
