Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a leading logistics and distribution company based in Burton Latimer (NN15). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established warehouse operation offering competitive pay rates, weekly pay, ongoing full-time work, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Our client is looking to recruit two VNA Drivers for each shift , with immediate starts available.

Successful candidates will complete a site familiarisation before commencing work.

The Role As a VNA Driver , you will play a vital role within the warehouse operation, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently while supporting the smooth flow of goods throughout the distribution centre. Your duties will include:
Operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck safely and efficiently Replenishing stock and moving products to and from racking locations Loading, unloading, and putting stock away accurately Picking products when required Completing daily pre-use equipment checks Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity Following all warehouse health and safety procedures Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe Supporting general warehouse duties as required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A valid, accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or equivalent) Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive approach and strong work ethic Willingness to complete a site familiarisation before starting Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, or distribution is highly desirable.
