Overview
We are hiring! Are you a personable, detailed oriented professional looking for their next opportunity? If so, read on. We are looking for someone to assist the CEO of multiple established businesses who is always looking to expand. The new Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for the various companies and CEO. Some duties include analyzing documents, preparing research reports, general customer service, etc.
The Executive Assistant functions as an integral and indispensable part of the office.
This is for a Gilroy based company and the individual would work onsite (not eligible for remote work).
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support for the CEO and multiple established businesses
- Analyze documents and prepare research reports
- Handle general customer service
- Support office operations and contribute to process improvements as needed
- Detail-oriented, personable professional with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Gilroy; remote work is not available
- Experience supporting executives and handling confidential information is desirable
