Behavior Technician — ABA Therapy & Growth

Proficio Therapy Services is expanding its ABA therapy team in California. The Behavior Technician provides 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You’ll implement individualized programs, collect data, and collaborate with families and staff to promote skills and reduce challenging behaviors. The role requires flexibility, adherence to clinical direction, and willingness to travel to multiple client sites with reliable transportation.
