JOURNEYMAN FIELD TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC:
Do you love working on equipment and turning wrenches? Are you looking to grow your skills as a mechanic? Are you seeking a career with growth opportunities? Pape’ Machinery, the leading capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Journeyman level Field Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do: As a Journeyman Field Technician, you will work on construction and forestry equipment at customer locations to ensure optimal performance and uptime. You’ll travel in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle, perform repairs, interact with customers, and ensure their equipment runs smoothly.

What You Need:

• 5+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment of various brands.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Class B CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Own tools required.

Compensation: $51.91 - $52.91/hr (depending on experience). This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
