Responsibilities and Duties Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters.

Run service calls independently and provide clear recommendations based on each customer’s needs.

Present repair options, explain pricing, and obtain customer approval before beginning work.

Communicate respectfully with customers and keep the office informed of job progress.

Document each job with accurate notes, photos, estimates, and invoices.

Follow safety procedures, protect customers’ homes, and clean the work area after each job.

Keep the company van, tools, and materials organized and ready for service.

Qualifications and Skills Have at least two years of residential plumbing service experience, including independently running calls.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of common residential plumbing repairs.

Communicate clearly and feel comfortable explaining service options to customers.

Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record suitable for company vehicle insurance.

Use a smartphone and learn digital dispatching and invoicing software.

Bring reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Speak English.
