You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, preparing critical documents and managing schedules. With at least five years of experience in executive support, familiarity with sensitive operational environments, and a knack for multitasking, you will be instrumental in helping the leadership team. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication are paramount for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as contact for internal and external business matters
• Prepare expense reports and ensure timely submissions
• Organize and coordinate special events and projects
• Communicate information to staff and agencies as needed
• Lend support during on-site visits by the Vice Presidents
Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting senior leadership
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Degree or diploma in Business or Office Administration preferred
