• Lead full project lifecycle delivery using Agile methodologies
• Manage project initiation, scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Drive Agile release planning, sprint execution, and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and communications
• Lead discovery sessions and support creation of clear, development-ready user stories
• Facilitate project status meetings, Steering Committee meetings, and Agile ceremonies
• Support change management activities, including training and process updates
• Communicate project updates clearly in English and French
• Report progress and risks to senior management

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead meetings and prepare documentation in English and French
• Experience managing projects within healthcare or social services

• University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  , or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or social services
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects using Agile
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2) –
  preferred
