Director of Cybersecurity Strategy Canada

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap

• Establish security governance frameworks and policies

• Lead risk assessments and vulnerability management programs

• Oversee incident response planning and execution

• Drive compliance initiatives including SOC 2 readiness

Requirements:

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or information security

• 3+ years in security program leadership

• Strong expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks

• Experience in cloud-first and SaaS environments

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred
