Caregiver position in Gladstone with Visiting Angels of Kansas City MO. This role supports elderly clients in their homes during day shifts, with potential for full- or part-time hours.

$14.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Provide daily assistance to maintain dignity, independence, and joy of life.
• Engage with clients through conversations, companionship, and light activities.
• Assist with daily activities, mobility support, and personal care as needed.

• A caring heart and genuine desire to make a difference
• Patience and empathy in all interactions
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients and families
• Reliability and commitment to being there when needed
• Physical stamina to provide active support throughout the day
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required — training provided)
• CPR and first aid knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Spanish language skills (preferred)

• Starting pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

  Monday to Friday, day shift
