The RoleJoin our Gladstone office and play a crucial part of our Managed IT and Print solutions team as a skilled and dedicated Print Technician. In this full‑time role, you will take responsibility for providing excellent customer service by delivering high‑quality repairs, installations, and general print & software‑related support. TheKey Areas Of Focus Are
- Customer Support – you will build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within SLA
- Adherence to service delivery processes & stock management – you will utilise systems for effective outcomes on all jobs and whilst maintaining desired productivity and stock management
- Previous experience as a Print Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Previous experience in IT will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing printing equipment, including various printer models and accessories.
- Sound knowledge of print software and the ability to troubleshoot software‑related issues.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer‑focused approach and the ability to maintain professionalism even in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users clearly.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality print solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient support delivery.
- A proactive and problem‑solving attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
- Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
- Possession of a Blue Card or the ability to obtain one for working with children.
