Turn Key Corrections has a Full-Time position in Kansas City, Missouri. The role focuses on performing and maintaining fields service operations at correctional facilities, including training, installation support, and customer satisfaction. The position requires working independently or with a team member, performing up to 60% travel, and providing direct support via phone, web, and email.

• Fulfilling commissary orders and/or filling vending machines.
• Resolving detainee requests/issues related to operations.
• Receiving general warehouse and basic computer work.
• Managing inventory levels through software to maintain sufficient inventory.
• Rotating product to keep spoilage limited.
• Processing and handing out inmate canteen orders.
• Troubleshooting/maintaining equipment on location, including Computer, Kiosk, and/or vending equipment.
• Providing remote/on-site customer training and installation support via email, phone, and other electronic mediums.
• Logging customer cases discovered during training and installation and communicating perceived delays to management immediately.
• Creating detailed documentation to explain otherwise complex tasks to customers and fellow employees.
• Configuring customer equipment both locally and remotely.
• Obtaining a general understanding of the software architecture.
• Identifying and correcting or advising on operational issues observed during training and installation.
• Traveling up to 60% to install and train customers regarding all solutions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Physical demands: stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; lift/move up to 50 pounds multiple times during each shift.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in answering training-related email, phone calls, and other electronic communications.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficient in internet‑related applications.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Jail Staff.
• Comfortable in a correctional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
