The Home Depot is seeking individuals in Store Support positions to perform a variety of non-sales functions that support store operations and customer satisfaction. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These roles involve directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, and collaborating with associates, vendors, and carriers to maintain store objectives.

Individuals must be cooperative, able to work with little to some supervision, detail-oriented, and possess proven time management skills. They should demonstrate a high level of integrity and respond to operational concerns while supporting key store workflows. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
