Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter? Let’s Talk. Are you a hands-on problem solver with mechanical know how? We are expanding our Field Service Team and are looking for a trade qualified Field Service Technician based in or looking to relocate to Gladstone. This could be the next step in your career.

About The Role

As a Field Service Technician with Atlas Copco you will be on the move, working directly with our customers across the Gladstone region. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing our air compressors and other related equipment. In this dynamic environment, two days are the same, you will get to work with a variety of industries daily.

• Inspect, diagnose and repair Atlas Copco air compressors and related equipment.
• Interact with customers across the Gladstone region; work across a variety of industries daily.

• Mechanical Fitter or other trade qualification/background; compressed air experience is desirable.
• Good communication: a customer service focus with the ability to build relationships.
• Ready and willing: to embrace challenges with a can-do attitude and desire to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License: daily travel to customer sites across the region.
• Eligibility to work: applicants must have full working rights in Australia to be considered.
• Be a part of an on-call roster: the ability to be part of the on-call roster as required; on-call allowances and overtime rates are paid accordingly.

  Hourly rate which grows with experience, additional earning potential through overtime, on call roster & lead incentives.
