This role is designed to be flexible, realistic, and sustainable, with the time, tools, and support to do good work well.

• Admin from home – no need to stay back at the office
• Flexible scheduling – work with families to find times that suit everyone
• All your time is paid – shifts include travel, visits, and admin
• Company car provided – travel from the office to families and back is part of your roster
• Work phone & tablet supplied – work remotely and stay connected
• Manageable caseloads – support just 2–3 families at a time

• Supporting children, young people, parents, carers, and families in their homes and community
• Implement evidenceieta.. (the remainder of the line stays unchanged)
• Connect families to community, education, and employment resources
• Work collaboratively with Child Safety, government, and community partners to provide wrap-around support
• Maintain documentation and case notes in line with standards and requirements

• A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• Flexibility to work across morning, evening, and sleepover shifts
• Working toward or holding a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience supporting children, young people, and families, ideally in Family Support, Child Safety, or similar community-based roles
