Tax Manager - Corporate​/Business Entities

• Salary up to $140,000 annually, varying based on experience

• Manage client relationships and oversee project teams while ensuring the accurate review of complex business tax returns
• Conduct due diligence for M&A activities, including analyzing taxable and nontaxable transactions
• Embrace technology and utilize tax software effectively to enhance workflow
• Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment
• Maintain organized records and solve complex tax-related problems

• Active CPA License
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in reviewing business tax returns, including forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065
• Experience with partnership basis adjustments and familiarity with foreign reporting requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

• Familiarity with tax software, preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement
• Experience in a paperless work environment
• Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and financial collections
