Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is recruiting for an Education Manager to join our Equity & Education team! Bilingual Spanish preferred.

About the RoleThe Education Manager leads the design and delivery of evidence‑informed education and engagement programs that support education, capacity building, and community engagement. This role provides expert guidance and supervision to the education team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, standards, and community needs, and drives implementation through coaching, technical expertise, and systems integration. The Education Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and collaborates internally and externally with community stakeholders to strengthen the impact and sustainability of education initiatives.
ScheduleExpectations
This is a full‑time position (40 hours/week). Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Schedule flexibility will be discussed in the interview process. Employees may be requested or required to occasionally work other days (including weekends), hours and locations to meet operational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Health Education, Sexuality, Education, Social Science discipline or related field. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Three (3) years’ experience in staff supervision and development, and program management and evaluation.
- Two (2) years’ experience providing education and training for youth and adults, leading classroom and/or large youth and adult groups in health‑related topics, and providing professional development, training, and content and instructional material design and development.
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships/collaborations, as well as developing new programs and expanding existing ones.
- Demonstrated ability to implement programs serving diverse communities in a culturally responsive manner and to work with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to effectively present information to individuals and groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience engaging with and expanding programs in rural areas.
- Bilingual Spanish or other multilingual proficiency.
- Sexual and reproductive health education programs experience.
The full wage range for this position is $73,715.20 – $ annually, depending on experience. At PPCW we’re proud to calculate a wage offer based on candidate experience, rather than negotiate an offer which leads to pay inequity. New hire wage placement typically does not exceed the midpoint of the wage range.
