Early Childhood School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Portland, OR

We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool students in the Portland area (Beaverton and Hillsboro) for the remainder of the school year.

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Oregon License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to work with school and community populations
- Strong independent working skills
As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education and treatment programs for students whose communication abilities have been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the chance to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:- Dates: ASAP - 6/12/26
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
- Setting: Early childhood center
- Caseload: 30-35 students
- In-person only
- Manage and organize specialized materials and equipment essential to the speech and language program.
- Provide educationally related communication intervention for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders.
- Assess speech and language skills of students suspected of having a communication disorder and consult with teachers to develop IEP goals.
- Provide resources, modeling strategies, and training to team members in communication interventions.
- Communicate regularly about individual student assessment results and progress with school staff and parents.
