• Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to rooms
• Help with parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

• Minimum of one year in a hotel customer service role
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and drug screening

• Ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
