We are seeking a Catering Runner to assist in food delivery to catering areas for guests. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy. If you are a self-motivated, well-spoken, dynamic, overall nice person, with a passion for providing soccer customers a world-class experience, then we are looking for you!

Guest

Experience:

Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided and build relationships with both internal and external guests. Get first hand guest feedback to improve services. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.

Operational Excellence:
Maintain stock and inventory replenishment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Guest-centric mindset: A passion for exceptional customer service, with ability to build relationships with diverse guests.

Organization:
Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Catering or food experience preferred.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid OLCC license and Food Handler's permit.

This role is Part-Time hours with a Seasonal scheduling, ending in November.

Catering staff will be scheduled for events therefore will need to be available nights and weekends.

Must maintain excellent attendance.
