ABOUT THE JOB Training:
Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage. Northern Oregon is minimum hourly $15.95 and maximum $15.95. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly is paid via check or direct deposit bi monthly. Domino's Pizza hires drivers to staff stores in the area with a flexible schedule that supports other commitments.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, plus access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

HOURS: All scheduled hours are based on availability and store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. There is opportunity to move to full time as hours allow and with training, reliability and communication with the manager.

Communication Skills
:
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person; ability to interact respectfully with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.

Essential Functions/Skills
:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone communications; navigational skills; ability to read a map and locate addresses; ability to navigate while carrying product.

EXPOSURE TO
:
Varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Delivery work may involve varying weather conditions.

SENSING
:
Talking and hearing; near, mid, and far vision; depth perception; night vision for driving.

Required physical capabilities include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, reaching, and occasional crouching/squatting as part of duties. Driving is a core responsibility for delivering product. These tasks may involve repetitive motion and manual dexterity with hands and arms.
