Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

• Develop and implement a segment-specific sales strategy.
• Work with Inside Sales Department and Sales Management to establish pricing guidelines for customers.
• Coordinate orders with sales department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Resolve customer Complaints regarding damaged/incorrect material and deliver/inventory problems.
• Assess profit potential of all existing and prospective accounts.
• Effectively use CRM to regularly update account plans and objectives as appropriate to the profit and sales potential of each customer.
• Respond to periodic request for information from management and corporate functions.
• Encourage all customers to deepen their business relationships with Norfolk Iron through parallel setting and cost saving initiatives.
