Job Description

• Participate actively in the design, development, and delivery of backend services for custody, wallets, staking, and liquidity management (mainly in Java / Spring Boot).
• Act as a coordination point within the team: clarify requirements, track progress, and ensure consistency between product, engineering, and external vendors.
• Translate evolving business and regulatory needs into clear and actionable technical tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, and ALM to anticipate regulatory impacts on existing systems and propose pragmatic technical solutions.
• Maintain alignment with external partners (custodians, staking providers, blockchain analytics vendors) to ensure successful integrations and smooth operations.
• Support project planning and delivery follow-up in collaboration with the Program Manager and Product Owners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, security, and operational reliability of the custody systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, ideally within a banking, fintech, or digital assets environment.
• Strong command of Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of software lifecycle management and collaborative delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate between teams, manage evolving requirements, and maintain alignment in dynamic or regulated contexts.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills — able to challenge and clarify complex functional or regulatory topics.
• Interest or experience in digital assets, blockchain technologies, or staking infrastructure.
• Fluent in English (French is an asset).
