Lidl Suisse propose un apprentissage en commerce de détail (AFP ou CFC) centré sur l’expérience d’achat. Tu contribueras à la gestion des caisses, au contrôle qualité et à la présentation des produits, tout en développant des compétences managériales dès la 3e année d’apprentissage.
Le programme offre des perspectives d’évolution vers des postes de direction dans le magasin. Les conditions exigent une moyenne élevée au diplôme, des bases en langue étrangère et une forte autonomie.
