- Leitung externer Bauleiter
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten, kosteneffizienten und qualitativen Bauausführung
- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess
- Grundausbildung als Architekt, Bauleiter o.Ä.
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Bewältigung herausfordernder Projekte
- Konsequente und pragmatische Persönlichkeit
- Starke Kommunikationskompetenz
