We are looking for experienced Licensed Psychotherapists, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, Psychologist, PsyD or Ph.D. to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of your patients’ needs and psychosocial status.
• Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for your patients.
• Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as applicable.
• Collaborate with members of the facility’s interdisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for the patient.
• Provide appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultations with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts, and supportive services provided to each patient.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.

This position does not include any case management or discharge planning. Our billing team will handle all billed claims and authorizations, allowing you to focus on therapy and documentation directly into our Electronic Medical Records.

Pay Per encounter, fee for service role, minimum commitment of 2 days a week.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
PsyD or PhD in Psychology.

Master’s degree required or Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or PsyD).
