Pay: $28–$30 per hour

• Provide daily care and medication under the direction of an RN or doctor
• Help patients stay safe, comfortable, and healthy
• Assist with appointments, activities, and daily tasks
• Support residents during treatments and therapy
• Communicate clearly with families and care teams
• Help train and guide other staff when needed
• Keep simple medical equipment in working order
• Follow all facility policies and safety procedures
• Join in trainings and team meetings

• Active and unrestricted
  LPN license in Kentucky
• High school diploma or GED
• New graduates welcome
• Able to meet all facility clearance and training requirements
• A kind, helpful attitude and a strong work ethic

Position Contingent upon contract award with an anticipated fall start date
