• Deliver safe, thoughtful care using the nursing process
• Give meds, treatments, and respond to emergencies
• Teach and support patients and their families
• Work with medical teams to create care plans
• Perform nursing assessments on new residents
• Keep records and document essential care steps
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other caregivers
• Attend and lead staff training sessions
• Help schedule treatments and track lab work
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures

• RN license (KY or Compact state)—active and unrestricted
• New graduates welcome—training and support provided
• Must meet background and onboarding requirements
