1) for the Outpatient program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, under supervision.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participate in teaching, leadership activities and quality improvement, and complete CAP requirements to advance within the End Stage Kidney
