As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and act as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Starting pay $11.50–$13.50 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable weekly schedule.
• Average weekly hours 3–11.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use Hallmark‑provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory. Maintain professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  Prepare for and support extended hours during seasonal peaks such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures and product displays, with advance notice.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers in the territory when needed.

This physically demanding job requires a high level of energy. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Work will involve kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital hand‑held device for reading and interpreting documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet at all times.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
