• Customer service: provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & pickups: get out of the store, load/unload and install products safely and compliantly, keep vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition, and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – the candidate will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer‑service skills.

The physical demands of this position require the employee to talk and hear, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise and adhere to all company safety guidelines.

This is a full‑time position. Work days are Monday through Saturday, from store opening to closing. Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. Schedule and hours per week or overtime may change throughout the year, as dictated by management and business needs.
