Job Details

HIRING IMMEDIATELY. Position:
Flex Security Officers in Glasgow, KY. Pay: $15.50/hr, paid weekly.

Benefits

All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum 500 hours per year) and have completed six months of service.

Requirements

• Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible and team oriented.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Must be reliable.

Responsibilities

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). They must become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. The Flex Officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service to our customers while protecting personnel balance.

Scheduling Expectations

The scheduling parameters for a Flex Officer differ from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post.

• Will be trained at various posts/facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary.
• Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary with operational need.
• Will be assigned to or offered the opportunity to accept shifts as they become available.
• Shifts may be scheduled in advance or called with short notice.
• Must work any shift scheduled in advance within described availability; communicate unavailability with supervisor.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, must work at least 80% of called shifts; refusing >20% may affect employment status.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
