Client Manager

Overview

You'll be joining a well-established independent accountancy practice with deep roots in the Stirling area and a reputation for trusted client relationships. The firm offers a personalised approach to service, combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to supporting local businesses. With a stable and loyal client base, the team is looking to strengthen its leadership with the addition of a Client Manager.

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
• Provide hands-on support with accounts preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory services.
• Oversee workflow, review work prepared by junior staff, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Contribute to the development of the practice by identifying opportunities to add value and enhance client service.

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CA or equivalent) with experience in general practice.
• Strong understanding of accounts and tax.
• Confident in managing client relationships, reviewing technical work, and mentoring junior team members.
• Proactive mindset, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in supporting SMEs.
