You will play a key part in helping the team meet deadlines and ensuring work is completed with precision. Following company procedures for compliance and quality will be an essential part of your responsibilities, and you will have opportunities to attend training sessions and workshops to further develop your technical knowledge.

By assisting with a variety of tasks and learning from experienced team members, you will gain practical experience in tax processes while helping the team deliver high‑quality services to clients.

We work directly with clients across the UK, developing strong professional relationships and you will gain valuable insights into how different organisations operate. Alongside your practical experience, you will undertake professional training towards the ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) with the opportunity to progress to achieve the CTA (Chartered Tax Association) qualification.

As a key member of our collaborative and growing team, you will be supported by senior colleagues who are committed to developing talent, promoting professional advancement, and delivering excellent client service. With a department made up of 2 Partners, 1 Director, and a diverse team of managers and qualified staff, you will benefit from close guidance, mentoring, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
