As

a Business Advisory Manager, you will:
  • Plan and manage the timely and profitable completion of a diverse portfolio of client work, including year-end accounts, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Review the work of assistants and seniors, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster team growth and technical development.
  • Engage and consult actively with specialist teams across corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT to coordinate high-value advisory projects and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee key portfolio management duties, including client onboarding, fee preparation, WIP monitoring, and debt management.
As the successful candidate you will:
  • Hold a professional qualification such as ICAS, ACCA, or a recognised equivalent.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in public practice managing or reviewing accounts preparation and tax compliance workflows.
  • Possess strong proficiency in modern cloud accounting systems, tax software packages, and digital advisory tools.
