Credit Controller - French​/Dutch speaker

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Proactively chasing debt using all channels, with a focus on telephone engagement
• Resolving queries and disputes by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders
• Delivering against cash collection, debt and DSO targets
• Producing customer statements and maintaining accurate account records
• Escalating accounts where necessary and supporting legal recovery processes
• Collaborating with Billing, Placement Support and Sales Ledger teams

• Fluent in French or Dutch (preferred)
• Experience managing a high-volume ledger
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make confident decisions
