Client Accountant

Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Client Accountant based in Glasgow with a salary of up to £30, with hybrid working and a strong benefits package.

The permanent Client Accountant role is based in Glasgow, and will report into the Finance Manager.

Key duties of the role include:

• Maintain and update lease information and tenancy schedules, including rent reviews, break clauses and liaising with property managers.
• Payment runs.
• Code and process supplier invoices, prepare draft rent and bank reconciliations and issue approved charges.
• Handle insurance recharges and mid-term adjustments.
• Verify and input new supplier data, including bank detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are essential to the Senior Management team.

• Previous experience in an accounts or transactional finance role.
• Exposure to property, commercial leases or service charge accounting is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Confidence communicating with clients or stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and desire to develop within property finance.
