Are you an experienced Employment Tax professional ready to take ownership of a growing client portfolio? Do you enjoy leading advisory projects, developing high‑performing teams, and working with clients across a diverse range of sectors? • Lead the delivery of complex Employment Tax advisory and HMRC enquiry projects.
• Provide strategic advice on employment status, contractor compliance, and reward planning.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients across varied sectors.
• Develop and mentor a team of Managers and junior staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and tenders.
• Deliver technical training sessions and employment tax updates internally and externally.
• Work closely with Partners to drive service line growth and ensure best‑in‑class delivery.

• Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, ideally gained within practice.
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of managing clients and delivering high‑quality advisory projects.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and commercial skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.
