Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful manufacturing business and market leader in their field operating across the UK and further afield.

Operating as part of a medium-sized team, they focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions to their clients while fostering a professional working environment.

Duties:

• Maintaining the general ledger to assist with the month end close and reporting process
• Accounts payable: control of supplier accounts, checking, authorising, and preparing payments for invoices with suppliers and clients and resolving queries
• Client reporting:
  Provide robust financial reporting to a large volume of clients, communicate and resolving issues, ensure a fully reconciled ledger at supplier account level
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Revenue reconciliations
• Invoicing
• Journal postings on the ledger for month end processes
• Maintaining inter-company balances and postings
• Assisting management accountant across month end process month end process
