Accounts Payable Administrator – Temporary ContractContract: Temporary, until the end of January 2027Location: Glasgow city centreSalary: £25,000 - £27,000About the Role We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team on a temporary contract until the end of January 2027. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from invoice receipt and processing through to payment and reconciliation.

You will play an important role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of financial control and compliance. You will work closely with the Financial Controller, Finance Director and wider team, as well as building strong working relationships with suppliers and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently ensuring correct coding and appropriate approvals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
• Respond to supplier queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and process regular payment runs, including BACS payments, in line with agreed schedules and company procedures.
