Flexible Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned and close client of ours who are seeking an Accounts Assistant on a short-term, rolling contract. Joining a growing team on an interim basis, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining their day-to-day financial operations. Due to the contract nature of this role, this would suit a candidate with an immediate or short notice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Maintaining purchase ledger function Processing company invoices and credit notes Reconciling supplier statements Supporting payment runs Performing credit control duties Preparing accounts receivable and debt reports Performing daily banking duties Processing payments and receipts Reconciling bank accounts Preparing and assisting in month end processes Liaising with stakeholders around queries Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar accounting role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organised with great attention to detail
