As a Client Support Administrator, you’ll deliver first-class administrative and client support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners across the UK. Expect variety, responsibility, and the support you need to grow and succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide accurate, high-quality administrative support across all client and financial planning activities.
- Prepare client documentation, reports, and correspondence to a consistently high standard.
- Handle client queries and assist Financial Planners in delivering exceptional service.
- Process applications and maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth client outcomes.
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- A strong background in administration, ideally within financial or professional services.
- A genuine passion for organisation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
- Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.(No prior financial services experience is required — full training and support provided.)
