We are currently working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA / Executive Assistant to join their busy Employment Law team in Glasgow.

The OpportunityYou will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Employment team, acting as a central point of contact for clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of files, billing and tribunal preparation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Administrative Support
- Digital dictation
- High-quality typing, document production and electronic file management
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a professional first point of contact
- Collating, preparing and managing Employment Tribunal bundles
- Document compilation, pagination and editing
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging appointments
- Providing proactive support to improve workflow and team efficiency
- Handling incoming calls from existing and prospective clients in a professional and confident manner
- Converting enquiries into instructions, including discussing and explaining fee structures
- Managing client onboarding via an online compliance system, ensuring AML and conflict checks are completed accurately
- Preparing fees and assisting with monthly billing processes
- Supporting fee earners with work in progress and aged debt management
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive, Legal Secretary or Legal Office Assistant, preferably within Employment Law
- Strong client care skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Confident discussing fees and converting initial enquiries into instructions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in legal case management systems
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute to process improvements
- A collaborative team player who works well under pressure
