The Best Part? This is NOT a call centre role. You will be working "behind the scenes" in a central support team, managing data, processes, and emails—no cold calling or constant phone work involved.

The Role & Your Future

We provide full training
. We don't expect you to know our systems (Service Now/SharePoint) on day one; we expect you to have the right attitude. You will gain highly transferable skills in global operations, compliance, and data management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Data & Process Management: accurately validating operational data and ensuring compliance.
  • Business Support: Acting as the email point of contact for internal teams and contractors.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Managing the administrative lifecycle of contractors (paperwork, extensions, and offboarding).
  • Problem Solving: Investigating complex issues and finding solutions for stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For :

You don't need previous office experience. We are looking for transferrable skills often found in Retail, Banking, Hospitality, or Logistics:

  • Attention to Detail: You care about accuracy and getting things right.
  • Reliability: You are organized and take ownership of your work.
  • Communication: You have strong written English (for emails) and clear verbal communication.
  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable learning new software and using computers.
