Repairs Assistant

If you like to work in a fast moving environment with a varied workload and have excellent organisational and communication skills this could be for you.

• Provide effective and responsive administration support for the Property Services Department.
• Administer the data collected and issued.
• Communicate with the Property Services team, the wider Southside HA community and contractors.
• Liaise with tenants to provide excellent customer service through face‑to‑face, telephone, email, letter, 3CX and Teams.
• Work independently, prioritise tasks and create best outcomes.
• Take minutes at meetings when required and work with the Repairs Coordinator to handle low level complaints.
• Cover other outputs within the Repairs Assistant role as identified with the individual.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Hours:

9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
EVH Grade: 4 (Points 9-12) £27,068 to £30,610
40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)
Defined Contribution Pension Scheme
