Anderson Knight is delighted to be seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join a fantastic company in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assisting with data entry and report preparation
- Supporting other team members with general administrative tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
